Læsø – island homes with grass roofs

Niva the city with a population of 7869 in the municipality of Fredensborg on the island of Zealand in Denmark. Niva residential town on the coast of øresund. It has a stop on the Copenhagen – Helsingør Kystbanen railway line. The town has a small shopping centre which also includes a library, a train station, a Marina and the Nivaagaards Museum.The town possesses two schools; Centralskole and Niverødgaardskolen, while the Golf course is in the West. Its landscape varies and ranges from swamps in suburban homes. 20% or more of the residents are of foreign origin .

The Oresund Strait between the island of Zealand and the Scandinavian Peninsula. Among others the Danish Straits that connects the Baltic and the North sea.

Aalborg is a charming town with Renaissance buildings, Gothic Cathedral and half-timbered castle.

The peculiar attractions of the city — the street of jomfru ane Gade (Jomfru Ane Gade), which consists entirely of restaurants and bars with large rooms and small terrace on the pedestrian zone.Especially in this part tourist attention is riveted by two places is the house of the merchant Jens Bang and the Cathedral, Budolfi the 14th century. Jens Bang was considered one of the richest men in Aalborg and in 1624, confirmed his reputation by building a huge brick mansion in the Renaissance style, which today is the largest Renaissance building in Northern Europe. Now there is the city’s oldest pharmacy. Close by is another architectural wonder in the same style. House Gardena of Olufsens not so remarkable, but the fact that his former owner was a relative Bang, is already causing a desire to compare buildings.
