Leeds, the fifth largest city in the UK and 30th in the European community, situated in the County of Yorkshire, England. The name Leeds derives from the word “Loidis” was the name of a large forest, occupies a large part of the ancient Kingdom of Elmet. The name “Lodis” mentions in his “Ecclesiastical history” of Bede.
