Subotica – city in northern Serbia, in the autonomous province of Vojvodina. It is the second largest city in Vojvodina after the city of Novi Sad and the fifth largest city of Serbia (not including Kosovo). Subotica’s population as of 2011 is 105 681 people. The administrative center of North Bačka District.

Subotica is located within the Pannonian Plain. The city is located about 10 km from the Hungarian border, at an altitude of 109 m above sea level.

In the city there are several monuments of the XVIII century, including the Franciscan Monastery (1723), the Orthodox and Catholic churches.

City Hall and many of the houses in the center were built in the early XX century in the style of Hungarian Art Nouveau.

At 6 km from the town of Palic lake and park.

The Republic of Serbia – a country in southeastern Europe, in the central part of the Balkan Peninsula and part of the Pannonian Plain, has no outlet to the sea.

Member UN since 2000, March 1, 2012 officially acquired the status of candidate for EU membership.

Panchev (Pančevo) bridge – the only bridge over the Danube in Belgrade. Named after the city of Pancevo (Vojvodina), the road to which starts on the opposite side of the bridge from Belgrade. Length of the bridge – about 1.5 km, opened in 1935. Across the bridge is like a car (2 lanes in each direction), and rail traffic.

For the tourist the bridge is not of particular interest. From the bridge open view of the Belgrade port and industrial areas of the city.

Belgrade – the capital and largest city Serbii.Krupny economic, industrial and cultural center of Serbia. The city is located in the central part of Serbia, at the confluence of the Sava and Danube rivers. Square District City of Belgrade 3227 km².K west of the city is the airport Nikola Tesla.

Belgrade has a special administrative status in the country and is one of the five statistical regions. The territory of the Serbian capital is divided into 17 municipalities, each of which has a local government.

The area of Belgrade occupies 3.6% of the total area of the country and its population amounts to 22.5% of the population of Serbia (excluding Kosovo and Metohija).

City won many titles and was nominated for the title of 2020 European Capital of Culture year.
